It will help us answer any query quickly and effectively if you can tell us full details of the system you'll be using the profiles on and your level of experience. If you're not sure of any particular settings in your software, please send us a screenshot to help us.

As a bare minimum please supply the following information;
  • Operating system; Windows or Mac and which version you're using.
  • The Software you're printing from.
  • The make and model of your printer.

We're sorry but can't offer any telephone support. Almost every issue can be resolved easily and quickly by email. By giving email support customers also have a permanent written solution. Often we can supply screen shots of specific settings, to their problem that they can refer to at any future time.
We aim to send a reply within 24 hours.
